Guided Practice

Service Description

This service is for the client who is looking to receive support without receiving any direct coaching. In this session you will set and intention and your coach will guide you through an experience to help you deepen your practice. This experience may include guided breathwork, meditation, manifestation practices, or a combination of all 3!

Cancellation Policy

For the benefit of all clients, we schedule on a first come first serve basis. We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost which will be billed upon violation. If the client does not provide notice and is not available for their appointment, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost which will be billed upon violation. These policies ensure that both the client and practitioner's time is respected. In turn, allowing us to provide the best care possible. We thank you in advance for your cooperation!
