Emotional Release Movement Session

Service Description

This service is for the client who is looking to use movement as a catalyst for healing but perhaps doesn't know where to start or would like support during the process. Practitioner role may include hands-off space holding, verbal guidance, and/or emotional navigation. The client is encouraged to follow their intuition and embrace their authentic expression. This session is best paired with Embodiment Coaching to ensure that the client is equipped with the appropriate nervous system regulation tools.  ​ Online booking will default to an in-person session. Cancellation Policy

For the benefit of all clients, we schedule on a first come first serve basis. We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost which will be billed upon violation. If the client does not provide notice and is not available for their appointment, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost which will be billed upon violation. These policies ensure that both the client and practitioner's time is respected. In turn, allowing us to provide the best care possible. We thank you in advance for your cooperation!
