Service Description

This service is for the client who is ready to begin the inner work and curiously explore their depths. In this session you will explore body awareness, emotional literacy, and nervous system regulation tools. You will learn how to tune into and describe different sensations as well as learn a variety of different techniques to help you speak your truth, set boundaries, release limiting beliefs, and and hold space to love all parts of yourself. Sessions may include: - Emotional Expression - Meeting/Defining your Highest Self & Vision of Life - Accessing your Authentic Expression - Inner Child Awareness - Boundary Setting - Body Awareness Tools - Nervous System Regulation - Self Sourcing Safety and Love - Guided Breathing and/or Movement

Cancellation Policy

For the benefit of all clients, we schedule on a first come first serve basis. We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost which will be billed upon violation. If the client does not provide notice and is not available for their appointment, the client will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost which will be billed upon violation. These policies ensure that both the client and practitioner's time is respected. In turn, allowing us to provide the best care possible. We thank you in advance for your cooperation!
