I believe that people living in a cyclical body deserve to know what their cycles are and how they can leverage them to optimize their lives.

The medical system has failed us. Our sex education has failed us.

They have intentionally taught us nothing about what's going on inside our pelvis (nevermind the incredible power that is housed there).

Society has tricked us into believing that it has to be a struggle. That there's nothing we can do about it. That we must ignore the pain, discomfort, and disconnect or better (worse) yet, mask it with medication.

But this is all a ruse to keep us small, quiet, and powerless.

Because guess what? Our periods are not a curse. They are one of our greatest sources of power.

I created this program to teach you how to find, connect with, and enliven that power.
